LeCroy’s (www.lecroy.com) WaveAce 202 seamlessly combines long memory with extensive measurement capabilities, a color display, excellent connectivity and advanced triggering to optimize troubleshooting and reduce debug time. Exceeding the expectations of a small affordable oscilloscope, the dual channel oscilloscope delivers 60 MHz bandwidth, a maximum real-time sampling rate of one GS/s and a deep waveform memory of up to nine kpts per channel.
Specifically designed with a large 5.7-inch color display, the WaveAce 202 simplifies work with its 32 standard automatic measurements, while its built-in zoom function allows users to take a closer look at the waveform’s details.
Using the measurement dashboard, the oscilloscope can display all 32 measurements. It can also simultaneously show five measurements without crowding its waveform display.
In addition, its front panel USB host port allows users to save waveforms, screen images and setups to a memory stick, while its USB device port at the rear panel enables users to easily connect to a printer or PC.
The EasyScope software of the WaveAce 202 simplifies connection and communication to a PC as it provides full access to the display, waveform data, front panel controls and measurements.
The oscilloscope also allows users to isolate frequencies of interest using its digital filtering functions, which include High-Pass, Low-Pass, Band-Stop and Band-Pass.
Its triggering capability is not only limited to edge triggering. Its trigger capabilities also include Video, Pulse Width and Slope (Rise Time) triggers.
