ZTEC Instruments (www.ztecinstruments.com) has introduced dual channel oscilloscope that is inspired by a convergence of modular electronic and traditional instrument capabilities, the ZT4611-E LXI oscilloscope
This one GHz oscilloscope offers a maximum sampling rate of four GS/s, a maximum record length of 512 M samples and a resolution of eight bit. It also comes with an intuitive, high speed software interface that meets even the most demanding requirements of automated test applications.
ZT4611-E provides an on-board calculation of more than 40 waveform parameters related to time, voltage and frequency (FFT). It is embedded with 64 bit signal processing for accurate horizontal, vertical as well as frequency-domain measurements.
It also offers four calculation channels for digital filtering, waveform math, FFT and others. The oscilloscope features four non-volatile reference channels that allow users to store and compare waveforms. Its multiple acquisition modes include high-resolution, averaging, envelope and peak detect, while its advanced measurement modes include histograms, limit and mask testing as well as gated measurements.
Moreover, ZT4611-E offers various triggering capabilities such as glitch, pattern, video and width as well as dual-event cascading. Its triggering and timing capabilities can support multiple board synchronization.
With the capability to automatically adjust input signal settings, the oscilloscope features various adjustable parameters including position, offset, sample rate, points, trigger level and trigger source.
Its Reset Command function allows users to reset the instrument, by stopping all acquisition while configuring the unit back to its default state.
