Agilent Technologies’ (www.agilent.com) Infiniium 54830 Series combines the advantages of industry-leading mixed-signal and MegaZoom deep memory oscilloscope models, making it easier and faster than ever to monitor what’s happening in high-speed communications or digital design.
Agilent 54830D Series of Mixed-Signal Oscilloscopes (MSOs) enables users to view complex relationships of digital and analog signals, including the analog characteristics of digital signals. If the embedded designs feature complex digital buses such as SDRAM or PCI, the 54830D Series of MSOs offers easy trigger and allows users to view up to 20 time-aligned digital and analog signals to isolate cycles of interest and problems.
Agilent 54830 Series features up to 128 Mpts acquisition memory, which enables users to capture superior resolution of complex and long waveforms. However, a deep-memory scope does not have to be difficult to operate. Agilent’s Infiniium scopes are designed with MegaZoom technology through the full 128 Mpts for responsive user input controls and fast waveform updates.
Infiniium’s analog-like front panel allows simple controls for basic functions, which are easy to use and find. Its familiar Windows-based graphical user interface provides easy access and navigation of its advanced features. The PC architecture of the Infiniium is a standard LAN interface, which makes it easy for users to communicate results and share work.
To date, Infiniium has been the recipient of eight industry awards, including “Best in Test” from T&M World and two “Innovation of the Year” awards from EDN. Agilent is committed to providing tools and breaking new ground to bring unique value to customers.
