Agilent (www.agilent.com) has proudly introduced two analog and eight digital channel MSO from the InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series — the MSOX2002A oscilloscope.
With a bandwidth of 70 MHz and a real-time sampling rate of one GSa/s, the scope delivers superior functionality and performance, as well as investment protection with full upgradability.
The MSOX2002A oscilloscope offers three instruments — an oscilloscope, built-in 20 MHz function generator and an integrated logic analyzer (MSO) — in one outstanding device. The scope enables users to save precious lab bench space, as it is specifically designed with a footprint that is just 5.57 inches deep. Signals can easily be viewed on its large 8.5-inch WVGA display.
Designed with MegaZoom IV ASIC technology, the MSOX2002A oscilloscope provides a maximum of 50,000 waveforms per second. This enables users to easily view infrequent anomalies and signal detail.
The scope features a memory of up to 100 kpts, which allows users to maintain a high sampling rate while capturing long, non-repeating signals, then automatically zoom in on areas of interest. Thus, the scope provides 40X more than other competing scopes in its class.
The MSOX2002A oscilloscope offers the fastest architecture in its category with a maximum of 50,000 waveforms per second. Its mask limit testing measurement application allows users to easily test up to 50,000 signals per second, which effectively saves valuable test time while providing more certainty.
Acquisition and triggering on the same device presents no compromise to the oscilloscope’s waveform update rate since it offers up to 10 channels of time-correlated triggering, eight of which were digital timing channels.
