Agilent to present InfiniiVision 2000 and 3000 X-Series Oscilloscopes at 2011 ASEE

Agilent Technologies Inc. (www.agilent.com) will feature two of its oscilloscopes — the InfiniiVision 2000 and 3000 X-Series — at the ASEE (American Society for Engineering Education) Annual Conference and Exposition, which will be held on 26 to 29 June at the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

“The InfiniiVision 2000 and 3000 X-Series oscilloscopes were specifically designed with the educator in mind” noted Doru Popescu, U.S. Marketing Program Manager at Agilent’s Electronic Measurement Group.

“A teaching lab can be quickly and easily set up or upgraded with the new scope’s training kit, which includes built-in training signals, lab guide, and an oscilloscope fundamentals slide set.”

These oscilloscopes have been specifically configured and priced for the education lab environment. With the InfiniiVision 2000 and 3000 X-Series, students can view more signals frequently, as the oscilloscopes feature the fastest waveform update rate in the industry. The oscilloscopes also allows students to accomplish more, as they offer the functionality of four instruments in one package — a logic analyzer, oscilloscope, protocol analyzer and function generator.

Agilent will also demonstrate the newest university teaching solutions, which feature an integrated curriculum coupled with state-of-the-art measurement and test equipment, training kits, instructor’s guide and lab worksheets.

Agilent will also provide education customers purchasing one or more of the InfiniiVision 2000 or 3000 X-Series oscilloscopes with a free Educator’s Oscilloscope Training Kit and a WaveGen built-in DSOX2WAVEGEN or DSOX3WAVEGEN function generator per oscilloscope.
