A thermally-aware circuit simulator

One of the simulation tools Keysight displayed was this IC circuit simulator that factored in the impact of rising temperatures as the chip operates. It can include thermal effects stemming from chip packaging and from the PCB. An example packaging problem is visible on the screen shown here.
