Good Will Instek (www.gwinstek.com) has introduced a series of digital storage oscilloscope (DSO) that will meet the demand for modern DSO in today’s market. It delivers a good balance between sampling speed and memory depth, as sit offers superior sampling rate of up to 25 GSa/s and a memory of 125 k points.
This remarkably adaptable series features color or monochrome LCD display as well as analog-scope like front panel design, easy-to-remember menu tree and advanced trigger capabilities such as TV Line, Pulse Width, Time-Delay and Event.
The GDS-800 Series also features 15 Auto Measurement functions that enable users to conveniently measure the signal’s most frequently tested parameters.
It can also simultaneously display up to 10 auto measurement data for two channels, allowing users to view all measurement results at a glance.
The series advanced trigger functions allow the oscilloscopes to capture waveform in a vast array of applications.
The GDS-800 Series also features an On-Screen Help Manual which allows users to receive real-time help when they want to know the details of a particular function key. The On-Screen Help contents for a particular function key will be shown in the display by simply pressing the “Help” key and the specific function key on the front panel.
Meanwhile, its Auto Set-Up Sequence function enables test engineers to conduct ATE test without the need of complex software programming. After a program has been sequenced from the front panel, the series will then start the measurement according to the sequence provided by the user, until completion.
The general purpose GDS-800 Series is also designed with various types of interface such as USB, GPIB, RS-232C and printer port.
