Agilent (www.agilent.com) has proudly announced the release of its Infiniium DSO9404A Oscilloscope, which is part of the Infiniium 9000 Series Oscilloscopes. It is designed with a large 15” XGA display and comes in a compact, whisper-quiet package that weighs only 26 lbs pounds and 9 inches deep, preserving limited bench space.
Engineered to provide the broadest measurement capability available, the scope offers a bandwidth of 4 GHz over all four analog channels and a maximum sample rate of 20 GSa/s. It also features as standard 20 Mpts memory per channel, which is upgradeable to 1 Gpts.
To provide users with the most precise signal representation, the scope features InfiniiScan. This unique software quickly scans through numerous waveform cycles and separates anomalous signal behavior.
With MSO9404A, users can seamlessly integrate 16 additional deep-memory digital channels to their scope’s analog channels. This allows users to view timing relationships and critical data values. It also features the first scope-based protocol viewers, which quickly drill down into packets and time correlate between physical layers and protocol.
Designed with the broadest range of compliance and debug software applications, the scope’s serial protocol applications feature SPI, I²C, RS-232, CAN, FlexRay, LIN, PCI Express, JTAG, MIPI D-Phy, USB 2.0, SATA and 8B/10B. It also features serial physical layer applications, as well as DDR 1/2/3, USB 2.0, MIPI D-Phy and Ethernet.
Its EZJIT and EZJIT Plus jitter analysis applications evaluate and quickly characterize most needed jitter measurements including cycle-cycle, time-interval, error, histograms and jitter spectrum among others.
