LeCroy Corporation (www.lecroy.com) has released the WaveSurfer 24Xs-A, which offers ultimate ease-of-use with its touch screen interface.
It comes in a small package equipped with a powerful processor designed to shorten debug time, allow faster processing of long memory and provide quick responses to eliminate lag or delay.
The WaveSurfer offers various decode tools and serial data trigger for I2C UART, SPI, USB, RS-232, MIL-STD-1553, Audiobus (I2S, LJ, RJ, TDM), ARINC 429, DigRF, MIPI D-PHY, CAN and LIN, including leading mixed signal capabilities to troubleshoot embedded system designs. With bandwidths from 200 MHz to 1 GHz, the WaveSurfer 24Xs-A is ideal for everyday debug and design.
WaveSurfer also features WaveScan, which enables users to search in a single acquisition using over 20 different modes. WaveScan can be also used to search for an event over days or hours, and perform some action when found. The MS-500 or MS-250 mixed signal options allow searching of analog or digital channels.
Users can save time with the scope’s embedded controllers. It adds high-performance mixed signal capability to the WaveSurfer, capturing digital signals up to 500 MHz with memory of up to 50 Mpts/Ch, 2 GS/s and 18 or 36 channels. It also enables users fast and easy isolation of specific serial data events with optional I2C, SPI, RS-232, UART, USB, MIL-STD-1553, Audiobus (I2S, LJ, RJ, TDM), ARINC 429, DigRF, MIPI D-PHY, CAN and LIN trigger and decode options.
