LeCroy (www.lecroy.com) offers a two channel oscilloscope that seamlessly combines long memory, extensive measurement capabilities, a color display, excellent connectivity and advanced triggering to optimize troubleshooting and significantly reduce debug time. Featuring a 5.7-inch color display, the WaveAce 112 oscilloscope offers 100 MHz bandwidth as well as a maximum sampling rate of 500 MS/s (interleaved) or 250 MS/s (in all channels).
Unlike other small, portable oscilloscopes that commonly offer short capture time attributed to the small waveform memory, the WaveAce 112 comes with four kpts per channel. This allows the oscilloscope to deliver more memory results in longer capture times and show more waveform detail with every trigger. Its built-in zoom-in function enables users to take a closer look at the waveform’s detail.
In addition, the WaveAce 112 features a digital filtering on each channel, such as the low-pass, band-pass, high-pass and band-top filters to allow users to isolate only the desired frequencies.
Aside from the basic edge trigger, the oscilloscope also offers other advanced triggering functions which include Video, Pulse Width and Slope (Rise Time).
Its 32 standard automatic measurements simplify work, while its vast array of advanced timing parameters offers valuable insights to the relationship among two different signals.
The oscilloscope’s front panel USB host allows users to save screen images, setup and waveform to a memory stick, while its USB device port on the rear panel allows users to connect to a printer or PC.
