Power supplies, touching allowed
These linear regulated ac-dc single-output mini encapsulated modules have touch-safe connections. Developed by Acopian Power Supplies and shown here by Acopian’s Alex Karapetian, they can be wired in series and incorporate short-circuit protection, as well as an extra terminal that lets the output voltage be trimmed to a precise level. Regulated outputs range from 3.3 to 48 V and as high as 2.5 A. The modules can mount in a 3.5×2.5-in. spot.
