November 29, 2010 By Test and Measurement Editor Leave a Comment

Rigol Technologies (www.rigolna.com) is proud to announce the launch of DS1000E Series – high-performance digital oscilloscopes that are globally used in the areas of production line, training, education, development and research.

Rigol DS1000E Series Digital Oscilloscope

The DS1000E Series features up to one Meg of memory; up to 1GSa/s sample rate; USB host and device; 50 MHz and 100 MHz models; vivid and bright TFT LCD display with wide viewing angle; PictBridge support to easily print from the scope; advanced triggering including video, pulse, edge, alternate and slope; small footprint; pass fail testing, record and playback of up to 1000 waveforms; and easy to use toggle reset on most controls.

The series advanced performance features include 1Mpts memory depth, UltraZoom technology, mixed signal test, low noise, pass/fail test, waveform record, alternate trigger, adjustable trigger sensitivity, backlight display buttons, key lock and file management.

The DS1000E Series product line will include two probes and a power cable when ordered. Passive probe, USB-GPIB adapter, 50 Ω impedance adapter, USB cable, RS-232 cable and instrument bag are available as optional accessories.

Integrated UltraScope software allows the Rigol DS1000E series oscilloscope to be connected to a PC via RS-232 interface or USB under Windows 98, 2000, NT and Windows XP. The UltraScope software delivers analysis and control features such as data browser to display captured data, measurements and waveforms, and DSO controller to control the oscilloscope remotely or locally. Waveform can be saved in “BMP” format and can be printed, while data can be saved into “EXCEL” or “TXT” format for analysis.
