The TPS2000 series offers a distinctive variety of capabilities in an oscilloscope with familiar and easy to use controls and menus. It is available in two- or four-channel versions. Its IsolatedChannel technology offers an isolation between channels and isolation from ground, enabling users to make measurements with less worry on damaging circuitry. For work on power electronics, optional software includes commonly needed power system measurements into the instrument, expediting troubleshooting and power analysis.

TPS2000 Series has a sample rates up to 2 GS/s real time, 100 MHz and 200 MHz bandwidths, eight hours of continuous battery operation, two or four fully isolated and floating channels, and isolated external trigger. It can also analyze measurement results and document it with openchoice software or integrated compactflash mass storage. It also features optional power application software with a wide range of power measurements at its price point, 11 of the most critical automatic waveform measurements, backlit menu buttons for high visibility and FFT standard on all models.
