LeCroy (www.lecroy.com) has introduced WaveAce 234 oscilloscope, which offers an outstanding blend of extensive measurement capabilities, excellent connectivity with long memory to deliver optimized troubleshooting and shorter debug time.
LeCroy’s WaveAce 234 oscilloscope offers a bandwidth of 300 MHz and a maximum real-time sampling rate of two GS/s. Featuring 5.7-inch color display, the scope exceeds the expectations of an affordable scope with its long waveform memory of up to 10kpts/Ch (20kpts interleaved).
For easier and faster saving of screen images, setups and waveforms to a memory stick, the scope’s front panel features a USB host port. Meanwhile, a rear USB device port enables users to conveniently connect to a PC or a printer.
WaveAce 234’s EasyScope software simplifies communication and connection with a PC as it provides full access to the scope’s measurements, display, front panel controls and waveform data.
The scope’s large internal memory allows for quick recall and saving of waveforms and setups. It is also capable of saving a maximum of 20 setups, 20 waveforms and two reference waveforms.
Its integrated Pass/Fail mask testing allows users to instantly identify waveform anomalies and displays pass/fail results’ history on the screen.
To isolate the glitch and runt that is causing problems in the system, WaveAce 234 provides a waveform sequence recorder to enable users to capture and replay a series of up to 2500 waveforms.
To view only the frequencies that users wanted to see, the scope offers various digital filtering options that include the band-stop, low-pass, band-pass and the high-pass filters.
To ensure that all waveforms will be captured and displayed, the scope provides several acquisition modes: real time, peak detect, averaging and equivalent time modes
