LeCroy (www.lecroy.com) has introduced another member of the WaveJet 300A family, the WaveJet 332A oscilloscope.
This dual channel oscilloscope features a bandwidth of 350 MHz, a real-time sampling rate of up to one GS/s and a large, bright 7.5-inch display.
Its 500 kpts/Ch memory offers a solution to tradeoff between high sample and long capture rate, since it enables long capture at full one GS/s sample rate. This feature effectively makes the scope a great tool for viewing high frequency and low frequency signals.
For additional analysis of waveform signals, the scope is designed with math capabilities that include functions such as difference, sum, product and FFT. Using the scope’s parameters or cursors, measurements can be easily made on the calculated waveforms.
WaveJet 332A is specifically designed with 226 automatic measurement parameters which enables users to save time taking measurements on the signals. Turning on the min/max statistics allows the users to have a more in-depth look on the trends of the measurements.
Saving screen images and waveforms will never be a problem with users of WaveJet 332A. The scope’s front panel USB port allows users to save data to a memory stick, while its rear panel USB port enables users to conveniently connect to a printer and print hardcopies.
Together with an optional GPIB and Ethernet connections, the scope’s rear panel USB port can be utilized to gain full remote access to the device. LeCroy’s Scope Explorer and ActiveDSO software utilities offer a fast and easy method to start controlling the WaveJet.
