TekMark Australia (www.tekmarkgroup.com) is proud to announce the release of Tektronix’s all-new mixed-signal oscilloscope platform – the MSO/DPO5000 Series with revolutionary new TPP0500 and TPP1000 low capacitance and high-bandwidth passive voltage probes.
Tektronix is the leading manufacturer of oscilloscopes in the world, while TekMark Australia is the world’s leading supplier of electronics test and measurement and monitoring solutions.
The new platform is a major expansion of oscilloscope offerings from Tektronix.
Taken together, the new probes and instruments provide embedded systems design engineers with unmatched analysis and performance tools for system-level and complex component validation and debug tasks.
The oscilloscopes ranging from 350MHz to 2GHz are utilized to develop products for a wide range of applications and industries.
The latest products from Tektronix are closely aligned with the changing needs of design engineers who are involved in the development of highly intelligent industrial and consumer products incorporating advanced embedded electronics.
Roy Siegel, general manager of Tektronix, said the company’s new oscilloscope platform offer engineers the analysis performance and functionality they need.
Tektronix oscilloscope platform features FastAcq with a >250,000wfm per second maximum waveform capture rate to determine problems; FastFrame segmented memory acquisition and long record length; extensive embedded tools for analysis of complex designs; DPO models that can be upgraded to MSO models; and MagniVu high-resolution acquisition mode that can acquire up to 10,000 points at up to 16.5GS/s.
The oscilloscope platform also features portable package that enhances flexibility, Windows-based user interface for intuitive operation and easy networking; record length ranging from 12.5M to 250 M for in-depth debug and analysis; eight models ranging from 5GS/s sample rates and 350MHz of analogue bandwidth to 10GS/s and 2GHz for higher-end applications; and four analogue channels with MSO models offering 16 digital channels, decode functionality and built-in parallel bus trigger.
